You can change your password in one of 2 scenarios:
- If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login screen and then click “Forgot Password?” this will allow you to reset your password through the automated system.
- If you remember your password, or want to change the password that the automated system gives to you, simply go to: Settings > Company Profile then open the accordion called “Company Users”. Here you will find your user login, and off to the right you can see that you can edit your account or delete a non-billing user. Once you click edit there will be a button that says “Change Password”. Here you can enter in a new password.
