ServiceMonster: Appointments for Estimates – ServiceMonster connected ResponsiBidders can now use the Visit for Bid button to schedule estimates without having the connection build a work order for that estimate. You just need to change the rules in the Visit or any other Visit related custom status to a work order type of Estimate.
ServiceMonster: Zero Quanty Line Items – Now when a package is chosen from a proposal with multiple packages offered, only the selected package will transfer to ServiceMonster. No longer will he unslected package transfer with a quantity of zero.
Service Monster now allows for more control of how the data and status transfer to Service Monster. When you are connected to a ServiceMonster Account, when you go to Settings, Followup Builder, you will now see a settings toggle next to each status. You can use this status to tell ResponsiBid how to properly assign proposals so that when they transfer to ServiceMonster they will end up where you need them.
These are our recommended settings for each status;
