Welcome to the set up for Form Builder

We will walk you through each section you will need to adjust in the Form Builder while on the Startup Plan. This document will explain what each setting does in individual videos, so you can jump right to the setting you need help with

Task 1: General Data Collection

Form builder Builds your form

  • Decide what information you want to request from a customer or make a required field
  • Edit the labels clicking the dotted line to rename them
  • Verify email or phone number to ensure you have the proper contact information on file

 

Task 2: House Size Information

  • When a customer does not know their exact Square footage, you can decide between Graphic or a List.
  • Graphic shows images with labels to determine house size.
  • List shows a drop down list of ranges.
  • If you do not want to use estimated guesses, toggle on “Collect actual Square footage” for the user to enter the home sqft.Note: you may have noticed package minimums based upon house size, if you want to set a minimum $ amount based on the size of the home, you can, but we recommend staying tuned for the “Services” settings, where you can set minimums based on the Service being provided!

 

Task 3: Service Area

  • Add the zip codes of areas you service
  • Package minimums : A $ minimums is applied per service area (stay tuned until we get to service settings to see how this can apply to desired services
  • Trip surcharge: A flat dollar amount added per city per service

 

Task 4: Lead Generation


Add Lead options to the form, this will appear under the question “How’d you hear about us?”
