Customers can add services to their bids by selecting the option inside of their proposals.
If you turn on the feature at Settings > Company Profile > Proposal Builder, then you can have a button in the proposal that allows a customer to add more services to their quote.
A few things to note:
- You must turn this feature on in order for your customers to have access to it.
- You can customize what the text inside the button says.
- Customers who edit their bid will do so inside of a modified smartform.
- Customers cannot change personal data… only add. Only admin can do that.
- Customers cannot change a quote that is already given. Only admin can do that.
- Customers cannot see any previous notes.
- You will receive a notification email each time a customer updates their bid.
