Learn how to clean your CSV list and prepare it to go into ResponsiBid. There are lots of little tricks here that apply to best practices of any CSV import/export. You will learn how to make a dirty csv into a clean csv file and how it all works.

Simply go to Settings > Contacts and scroll to the bottom. There is an accordion called “Import Contacts”. Simply open that accordion up and upload your CSV file. You will be asked to match up the fields with ResponsiBid fields and then how you want to handle new service areas, duplicates, and then bring the contacts into your ResponsiBid contact list.

Note: We recommend having our team do the import for you if the list is longer than 1,000 people. Sometimes lists larger than 1,000 can be finicky.
