Setting up your CrewCal is quite simple now that the new connection is in play.  To setup your ResponsiBid account to your Service Monster Crews through CrewCal, do the following:

*Special Note* – The ServiceMonster connection with CrewCal only allows CrewCal to recognize Routes, not People, so please make sure you have Routes set up properly in side of your ServiceMonster

• Go to Settings, CrewCal Settings
• Your ServiceMonster Calendars will auto populate as options for you
• Select the first Calendar/Crew you wish to setup
• Once in that settings for the chosen calendar/crew go ahead and name that crew by clicking on the current name and changing it if necessary
• Make sure the Enable toggle is turned on
• As you scroll down the screen, you will notice that the ICal URL is already embedded for
• Keep scrolling down the screen and setup your crews as taught in the General CrewCal Setup video in Certification.
