To control the timing of when Webhooks pertaining to Status are sent, do the following:

• Go to settings, Followup Bulder
• Open the status you wish to add a Webhook trigger to
• Scroll to the bottom of the steps within the follow up sequence
• Click Add a step
• In Action Field, choose ‘Fire a Webhook’
• in When field, set the timer for when you would like the webhook to fire
• In the Webhook field, input the webhook you wish to fire
• Hit Save Follow up Builder
