The NiceJob connection is almost too easy. Once you turn it on, there’s really nothing left for you to do, so here’s a run down of how the connection works:

1. When a bid is completed (once the connection is turned on) a person is created in NiceJob.
2. You will be able to add pictures or notes into a NiceJob person at any time, but you won’t need to edit any of the vital details because ResponsiBid will have already sent that person over to NiceJob.
3. Once the person enters in the “Closed” status NiceJob then schedules out the Review asking process.
4. Any of the pictures you added in NiceJob while on the job site can then be used by NiceJob in the review asking process as well as the shares to social media.
