With the new proposal layout, we have rolled out 3 new updates that will help you to utilize the power of the new proposal format.

1. If you don’t want to force customers to sign the proposal in order to go pending, you don’t have to. The video shows how you can go about turning that feature off in “Settings > Company Profile > Proposal Builder”
2. Availability date features. Your customer will no longer see any of the availability dates they previously suggested if they are in the past. You can also clear them out yourself if you want.
3. And the biggest feature of all… You can now use a “Customer specific proposal header video” so that your proposals will now show to customers that you specifically want to show them to. If you do a video walkthrough on a bid visit you can now implement it right into your quote!
