Welcome to the set up for Company Profile

We will walk you through each section you will need to adjust in the Company Profile while on the Startup Plan. This document will explain where each setting is located and what it does! Stay tuned until the end of the article for a visual representation of how it appears on the quote!

Task 1: Logo and avatar

In this video you see where to upload a Logo and Avatar.
– The logo will appear at the top of your proposal to help brand your quotes
– The avatar will appear in the ‘About Company’ section of the proposal

Task 2: Proposal builder

This video will go over Disclaimers you will see on the quote and a video you can add to your proposal that will appear at the top of the quote.
– Owners Message: A message from your company that will show in the ‘about company’ section on the bid.
– Final Disclaimer: A paragraph that shows at the bottom of every bid

 

Task 3: Proposal labels

This video shows how you can edit the labels of each section of the quote, whether to help brand your quote or repurpose the fields on the quote.

Task 4: Proposal tabs

This video will show you how to add tabs to your proposal!

• You can rearrange the order the tabs appear on the quote
• Uncheck boxes to hide some of our default tabs.
• Note: by selecting web or print, you are deciding for this tab to appear on the pdf version or the online link version of the proposal
