Go to: Settings > Company Profile

Open the Company Users accordion

You can edit your user account or create a new user if you are an administrator.

When you create a new user you can determine which parts of ResponsiBid they can access if they are a sub user, but if you make them an administrator they will have full access including getting notification emails every time a bid is created.
