From time to time it may be necessary for a status other than Open to be assigned at the onset of a new customer entry.  As such, we have added a feature that allows you to set and save a custom status from the Call Screen when providing a quote.  To use this feature do the following;

  • From the Dashboard, click on the Call Screen option
  • Proceed in entering the customers data as per usual, along with all the bid specs
  • At the bottom of the general information page, as well as at the bottom of the Bid Screen, you will see an Blue button that says Save As
  • If you wish to assign a custom status to this new quote, just click the Blue Save As button and you will see a list of all your current statuses from your Follow Up Builder
  • Click the status of your choosing and the bid will be created and placed in that status automatically
